These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and the products we offer on it, operated under the name Halloween Command Center ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website, signing up for our free guide, or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. What we offer
- Free guide. "15 Easy DIY Halloween Decorations", a downloadable PDF guide (US Letter and A4 versions), available when you sign up with your email address.
- Halloween Command Center. A paid digital product: a web app for planning Halloween, sold at the price shown at checkout. Access is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped.
2. Signing up for the free guide and email marketing
When you enter your email address on our free-guide page and submit the form, you:
- ask us to send you the free guide, and we email you a welcome message containing the download links;
- give us your consent to add your email address to our email list and to send you marketing emails from Halloween Command Center, such as Halloween ideas, tips, updates and offers for our products, including the Halloween Command Center.
You can withdraw this consent at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing us at bigzada761@gmail.com. We will stop sending marketing emails promptly after you unsubscribe. We may still send you messages about an order you placed or about your purchase. Our emails identify us as the sender and include our mailing address: 666 Boul Marie Victorin, Boucherville QC J4B 1X9, Canada. You do not need to be on the email list to buy from us.

3. Using the free guide
The free guide is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download it and print it for your own use at home. You may not resell it, redistribute it, post it publicly, or claim it as your own.
Craft projects involve scissors, glue, hot tools and other materials. You are responsible for using materials safely, supervising children, and following the safety instructions on any product you use. We provide the guide for general inspiration and information only and are not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from projects you make.
4. Purchases
- Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- The Halloween Command Center is a digital product. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own purposes. You may not copy, resell, share access credentials with others, or reverse engineer it.
- Because the product is digital and delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been provided. If something is wrong with your purchase or you cannot access the product, contact us at bigzada761@gmail.com and we will try to fix it. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
5. Intellectual property
The content on this website, including the guide, the Halloween Command Center, text, images and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the limited uses described above, you may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website, the free guide and the Halloween Command Center are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the website or the app will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, except where your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
